Call for Tenders: Facilitation of a collective process for Break Free From Plastic Europe on Intersectionality

Break Free From Plastic (BFFP) is looking for expert facilitators and trainers to support it in a process to foster intersectionality in its movement in Europe. With colleagues all over the world and collaborating with frontline communities and environmental justice groups, BFFP wants to understand how systemic racism and other systems of oppression are one of the root causes of plastic pollution and how its work should center social and environmental justice.

To do this, BFFP is looking for support to carry out training sessions and a facilitated process to review and update its strategy to take into account intersectionality in the context of the fight against plastic pollution.

Call for Tenders - UX Design, Development and Maintenance for the Food Contact Materials campaign website

The Food Contact Materials (FCM) campaign is a project led by consumer, chemicals, environmental, and health organisations; and works towards stronger EU rules to ensure that all products and packaging in contact with food are free of toxic chemicals, protecting people’s health and allowing a toxic-free circular economy. The FCM campaign is run by the Health and Environment Alliance (HEAL), CHEM Trust, ClientEarth, BEUC – The European Consumer Organisation, and Zero Waste Europe.
The FCM campaign team, represented by Zero Waste Europe for the logistical purposes of this Call for Tender, wishes to develop and maintain a website that serves as a one-stop shop for all information about the FCM campaign and its materials, as well as for the topic of food contact materials and toxic-free food packaging in general in Europe.

Call for Proposals - Assessment on financial products, development finance, impact bonds, and mobilising private capital

Zero Waste Europe is a fast-growing movement of communities, local leaders, businesses, experts, influencers and other “change agents” working towards the same vision: eliminating waste in our society. Building on the current momentum for new financing models, our initiative aims to shift the narrative from funding to financing. Ultimately, we are looking into development/impact/social bonds in order to launch quality development projects and have more impact.

We are currently looking for support to carry out an assessment on financial products, development finance, impact bonds, and mobilising private capital on two potential business cases.
