International Women’s Day 2021
International Women’s Day, is the perfect time to reflect on progress made, to call for change, and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women, who play an extraordinary role in their countries and communities.
This year we decided not only to showcase our fantastic female campaigners but we also joined forces to call on the European Commission to empower menstruators by giving them the right to an informed choice and access to safe, fair, and circular menstrual products.
Therefore, we have asked Members of the European Parliament, campaigners from all across our Network, and our staff members, to sign the Bloody Manifesto and tell us why – this International Women’s Day – it is important that we fight for better, safer, more circular menstrual products across Europe.
