Throughout history, transformative change has happened when people unite around a shared vision. Today, as we face escalating climate and social crises and mounting pressure on civil society, the need to build collective power is more urgent than ever. Movements and alliances remain our strongest vehicles for systemic change, but building and sustaining them requires strategy, care, and persistence. How can we create, sustain, and scale up effective movements and alliances?

That’s what this Blueprint is about: drawing on our experience in movement building, it offers practical guidance, tested approaches, and inspiring examples to help groups collaborate more effectively and drive meaningful change together. Learn more about this project.
