Zero Waste and Low-Carbon Development Forum

By the end of 2014, a year-end spending holiday is approaching, we want to slow down and take the opportunity to re-consider how consumption is affecting our survival. Meanwhile, the COP20/CMP10 will be held in Lima, Peru, from December 1 – 12, 2014. In response to the conference, we will hold the “2014 Zero Waste and Low-Carbon Development Forum” in Shanghai, China, from December 4th– 5th. As an important event of international zero waste issues, it will exhibit the new field of zero waste topic, introduce new concept of social development in the future and review practices and achievements in the past years. The forum is held by Chinese Zero Waste Alliance (CZWA) and Tongji University, together with international and domestic experts and representatives from different social sectors who are interested in the zero waste topic. If you are interested in any of the following topics: “zero waste”, “low carbon society”, “waste reduction and classification”, “sustainable community development”, and if you are a member of NGO, community representative, government officials, academics, activists, innovators, followers, ect, you are more than welcome to participate in the forum. The annual forum is not only a platform to facilitate the exchange, sharing and collaboration of ideas, but also a place to motivate each other.
